X’s terms of service are extremely restrictive and allow them to sue users for practically any reason
And they mandate that any case go through the East Texas court which Musk essentially owns
It’s now LEGALLY RISKY to be posting on X because they can sue you and have an almost guaranteed win

okay tbh this is mostly just babish, a bunch of other people i follow are using their fortunes to set up educational tourism programs and the like.

following a youtuber for a few years of growth is so fucked up. you can literally see the money damage their brain in real time. they document it thoroughly because they don't understand their increasingly positive outlook is because of creeping brain damage.

this tweet changed the way i look at every video i see just as much as realizing that ice agents all walk like nervous little penguins when they're not holding a rifle or getting in someone's face.
ICE seems to get completely flummoxed when they’re being yelled at by white men over 35. They kind of put their heads down and shuffle their feet. It’s like their kryptonite.

This has blown my mind a bit because we sure fucking have internalized that getting shot in the face might be the cost of participating in American life on any given day. We had a mass shooting at a garlic festival. If you must accept death to see a concert, you can accept it to save a neighbor
