Take every Trump cabinet member and official to civil court for damages against the populace. Strip them of all their assets and nationalize their companies. Leave them with nothing but whatever UBI and public health benefits are passed for everyone.

People can have different political opinions about immigration policy. Political differences are fine, healthy for a democracy.

But if you’re okay with this, that’s not a political opinion. That is a moral failing.

What the fuck is this shit. No, Democrats should not do what the fascists are proposing. They should promise to prosecute them all and throw them in prison though!
Democrats should promise, today, that Melania Trump, Elon Musk and Peter Thiel will be stripped of citizenship and deported if the administration advances this effort
cool, cool. so we are sort of like citizens, but not really?

Defund is a basic reasonable start much like abolish ICE is the bare minimum of what needs to happen.
Defund the police was never an unreasonable proposition.
And here’s the absurdity of calling the police on ICE. You’re calling their backup.

It just frustrates me to see my childhood and something that has been tremendously beneficial to me - recognizing that all that anxiety and discomfort about not understanding girlhood was because i actually am not a girl - is being weaponized to prevent others from having the same realization.

In a normal government, this results in the resignation of multiple cabinet officials (Transportation, Defense, and Homeland Security), and the closure or (at least!) radical reorg of the cartoonishly incompetent agency at the center of it: CBP.

Every photo from Minneapolis looks like this. Cops decked out with guns and full tac gear facing off against people in bathrobes, parkas, and sweatpants armed only with whistles and cell phones.

Yet every verified MAGA chode on X dutifully calls it a riot or violent insurrection.

We need you to educate people. "AI" isn't doing anything, companies selling or adopting technical tools of a particular sort are eliminating jobs en masse because they're in a house of cards with nothing at the center. The tools don't replace us. But they're firing people as if they do. We know. 4/4

I've been thinking a lot lately about the only sex crime perpetrator I was close to, (that I know of).
My best friend from grade 4 to 11 became a massage therapist & installed cameras to record his patients undressing. He had recordings from 8 years. He was sentenced in 2017 to 6 months in jail

It is not our moral responsibility to coddle the delusional fears and bigotries of white supremacists. It is not our moral responsibility to change reality for them so they can hold onto those fears and bigotries.

It is our moral responsibility to make their fears and bigotries THEIR problem.

Anyone who is in regular contact after someone is convicted of human trafficking is either in on it or unbothered by it. I'll stick to "innocent until proven guilty" but their judgment should be questionable, & maybe they should not be allowed positions of power or influence.

All that as a long way of saying "TAX the RICH!"
