The internet is f**ked. Get to assembling your own media libraries: (where legal) convert your DVDs to MP4.
Use "Make MKV" to pull the data off the disk, then "Handbrake" to turn the massive MKV file into a more manageable MP4, which you can play on pretty much anything.
