Rockstar should cancel GTA 6 and just make a Red Dead game starring Hangman Adam Page instead
What if every video game had Hangman Adam Page as the protagonist? What then? The gaming industry would be saved, that's what

somebody on here suggested awhile back that a pretty compelling 2028 Democrat campaign promise would be "on day one I will deploy a WPA-scale army of forensic accountants across every square inch of the federal government" and I think about that every day
It’s crazy to think about the crimes we’re going to learn about after this regime ends.

We’re already hearing about Watergate level crimes every week. Imagine what will come out after it’s over.

We’re going to need a full accounting of all that’s been done in violation of the constitution.

What inspired this essay was talking about the concept of O'Neil Cylinders with my dad while watching BABYLON 5 and realizing just how *weird* it was to have these fully-formed technological concepts that had been around long enough to become cliches, while also never actually existing.
Warp drives. Orbital habitats. Space elevators. The golden age of 20th century science fiction produced dreams with some things in common — they're extensively designed, in no sense real, and possibly strangling the future.

(2) have you ever tried to look up whether a plan covers something you need before choosing it because spoiler, it’s near impossible

Here’s a story for every national news outlet:

In N.C., churchgoers are literally running into the woods as federal agents descend on the property.

“Inside the church, women and children sobbed as they wondered whether their loved ones had been taken.”

After the election results last week Republicans don't want to add any more Democrats to their seats.
Big news: Indiana Republicans signal they still do not have the votes to re-gerrymander the state, and that the Senate won't convene the Senate after all in December.

Getting 1-2 seats out of Indiana was central to the GOP's redistricting-war math.

Let's just say--I doubt the Senator had to lean very hard.
The reporting is a little sparse here, but it suggests the lecturer was removed because a student complained to one of her US Senators, who then leaned on IU.
Indiana University removed a Lecturer from her "Diversity, Human Rights, and Social Justice" course after a student filed a complaint about a graphic the instructor showed in class, which included "Make America Great Again" as an example of "Covert White Supremacy."
