I finished Doom 3! It's sick, basically not the same game as anything else in the series. Feels close to resident evil 4, of all things. Pretty excited that they'd do a remaster of quake 4 and prey 2006 at this point.

I understand the complications here, but I will say I've found it pretty satisfying cutting the work of Eli Roth out of the horror canon. Always obnoxious, racist coded, dumb as fuck, it's a relief to turn off anything with his name on it.
