This shady deal was BLOCKED.

A private equity company tried to abuse the bankruptcy system to slither out of paying what they owe to seniors neglected in its nursing homes.

We stayed in the fight and the deal was blocked.

Next, we need PE out of health care altogether.

I have never been a supporter of Donald Trump, but if Democrats cannot force him to stay awake while his military seizes Venezuelan oil tankers, I will have to choice but to vote for him for a fourth time in 2028.

I am starting to think that the ruling class, regardless of political party, wants the people below them to be poor, sick, weak, powerless, and disorganized.

Imagine serving as a Marine and then having a distinguished career in the FBI investigating actual terrorist threats and then having to go in front of Congress and say you’re afraid of Antifa. Absolutely humiliating.
GLASHEEN: Antifa is our primary concern right now. That's the most immediate violent threat we're facing

BENNIE THOMPSON: Where is antifa headquartered?

GLASHEEN: ... ... ... we are building out the infrastructure right now

THOMPSON: What does that mean?

WOW. So this is obviously a huge violation of this man's rights, and it illustrates a few things we're seeing broadly:

- DHS officers are ignoring peoples' IDs and instead requiring screening through their own systems
- Confirms @404media.co's reports of use of DHS's facial recognition app.

As Trump drags us into an Iraq-style war in Venezuela, 312 members of the House — including 115 Democrats — just voted to authorize over $900 billion in military spending.

We need private equity to buy out private equity and close it down
Last month, Denny's was bought out by private equity in a $620 million deal.

Now the company is closing 150 locations.

It's the latest chain to be swallowed by private equity and see numerous workers lose their jobs.
