I said it before but when my little brother was a teenager he made a foolish choice that led to him falling two stories onto solid concrete and fracturing his skull. Funnily enough, when he showed up at the ER they still helped him. I think gov aid and welfare should operate the same way.

So you let a man serve, armed, after experiencing an event that gave him PTSD bad enough he killed someone trying to run away? You let this man back into active duty? Gave him a gun? His judgement is so badly impaired from a previous incident that he's scared of cars and you handed him a gun?
