She launched her career trying to get professors fired in the name of academic freedom. Her website publishes a firehose of conservative propaganda in the name of open debate. She is now censoring factual information under the guise of journalistic accuracy.

Across the country, women are dying of sepsis, losing organs, being arrested for miscarriages, and used as brain-dead incubators.

Corpses have more rights than women living under abortion bans.

What better moment to run a full court cultural press about how freedom isn’t that great anyway?

The redactions, the political point scoring, an administration that has long lost the benefit of the doubt, and why this very real conspiracy (with victims who deserve real accountability and transparency) won’t go away
The Most ████ Administration Ever
The Epstein files are here, and they are too redacted to satisfy anyone.

This seems so quaint now, the goalposts have moved so far to tolerating Trump's evil ass qq,¹ because support for Trump is a load bearing element for The Powers That Be that control our media and social media
ok everyone's seen the trump with epstein photos by now, after years of the media pretending they didn't exist. good progress. next step is making sure everyone who is like "uh this all is sketchy but surely the president isn't literally a pedophile" sees this gross photo

These are men whose singular connective thread is their perversions

They don't politically align
They don't socially align
They don't culturally align

And they found somebody to feed their demons... that truly sick

This is huge. Trump has successfully prosecuted a state official for bucking his racist war on immigrants. If they can get a judge, they can get anyone. Gift article.

YOU DUMB FUCKS. THIS IS ME.

I have a scooter. I can walk. I can't, however, walk through 80 miles of airport. I can walk onto an airplane or through hallways. I can't walk the .5 mile to the convention center.

People, get smarter, it's embarrassing at this point.

Not an original observation, but the way pregnancy is treated as just this natural process that happens with no effort or harm to the body in the era of medicalisation is a big reason that debates about abortion are where they are today.
Once again asking if anyone wants to write the “shit they didn’t tell you about pregnancy” book with me
I think it was the splitting of abdominal muscles at ~28 weeks that my partner just...wasn't told about? Until she asked about it afterwards.
Because why would you want to warn somebody things might happen before they actually experience it, right?

Again, off on one of my pet tangents, but humanity had thousands of years where this kind of information *was* common knowledge, it was just knowledge that was held by women. And after the advent of modern medicine, patriarchal norms took over and that knowledge never became "science".

The same guy who is responsible for permanently handing the economy to the rich so they can destroy the earth today, eliminating the separation between church and state, leaving Americans to die during the AIDS epidemic and pioneering the hateful version of politics we see today, THAT Ronald Reagan?
