The reality of a police state is that most protesters will flee before police violence gets extreme. That's what Renee Good, very sensibly, was trying to do. The killer prevented her from doing so, stepped in the way to hold her there so he could kill. That's a murder state.

Why did the US capture Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro?
