This is deeply misleading. The agricultural section of the bill does NOT ban hemp-derived cannabinoid products that contain less than .3% THC total. www.cannabisbusinesstimes.com/hemp/news/15...

For everyone encouraging me to vote Dem **just a little bit harder** in upcoming elections, I have a question for you.
Dems want power. But what will they do with that power?
AFAICT, the desperate Dem wet dream is going back to the Obama years, which means < 96 months to the next Trump.

"it's not surprising people want to put you in a concentration camp"
This is really the kind of thing that, once you type it out, you should re-read and see if maybe it makes you sound like a pyschopath.

I don’t think a perfect political candidate exists, I very much believe in electing policies not people but that being said, the inverse is not true. There are disqualifying factors, Newsom has hit a bunch of them.

To highlight the same shit we’ve been saying for at least a month now, here are bullet points from Dr Stryker’s speech below to explain exactly why trans people will not be accepting Newsom.
Dems, I’m begging y’all to elevate someone who meets the moment.

It’s blatantly untrue. He’s signed some broadly pro-LGBT legislation, but he has vetoed almost every single explicitly pro-trans bill that has come his way. He also told Cali Dem lawmakers to stop drafting pro-trans bills. His own staffers came out and said this.

Arguing Newsom is "pro-trans" because he signed an order recognising trans people... lets ignore the fact that he veto'ed a bill to protect trans people keeping their healthcare, mind

Honest question from someone trying to figure out what to think about Newsom's position:
What do you say to claim the he makes right before the clip above that he has appointed more trans people and signed more trans-protecrive legislation than any of his predecessors or governor peers?

Every day always, forever. Even if they do not respond, just keep the positivity and love going bc some of us are too tired to check our phones.
Today you should send love to your trans friends. Tomorrow, too. Maybe every day for a while.

Anyone who claims to give a single shit about trans people: consider any progressive candidate over Newsom. He was largely out of the picture until the past month or so, and is using the literal shitstorm that is Trump and the GOP to make himself look ideal in comparison. He's NOT IDEAL.
