a) Hard agree. b) I will pay someone real money to fix a thing rather than watch a video how-to. c) I don't want to find my headphones deep in my bag AND articles are silent and silence is golden.
The real generational divide is people who refuse to watch a video if it could be an article versus people who refuse to read an article if it could be a video
