Tomorrow 3pm GMT, neurodivergence inclusive, non verbal folx welcome, user led space. You can share what you want to share or simply sit with us feeling as suicidal as you feel without having to mask or put happy face on it.
If you are surviving, but only just, we're here.
If you are running out of motivation to go on, we're here.
If you need a confidential, non clinical, non judgmental community of people who are living with suicidal experiences, we are here; ready to share compassion and dark humour and solidarity.

LISTEN 🎧 TO THIS 🤯

(it's a treat, but makes me realise the 70s were really weird, weren't they?)
Might be a day late, but this just came up. The 'Classic' Steeleye line-up from the late 70s. Maddie's voice just gives me the chills, in a good way.

Also, the first UK Singles Chart hit fully in Latin.

So deeply touching
“We invited a man into our home at Christmas and he stayed with us for 45 years”

ME features in this piece. Ronnie the homeless man helped out when Dianne was ill with ME/CFS and her husband was away.

Emotions are by nature unstable. Otherwise we couldn’t recognize any change.

Trying to stabilize emotions is suffering. Imagining to be responsible for them is suffering too.

But you are not that. You are the stability behind their movements. You are the riverbed in which they flow.

Remember: Almost all of us are the descendants of immigrants who fled persecution, or were brought to America under duress, or sought better lives for themselves and their descendants.

Politicians who stoke fear and hatred over immigration want you to forget this.

Do not.

😍 lovely
This oil painting, titled "The Sound of the Night," was created by American artist Richard Schmid in 2004. It depicts a serene and intimate scene of a man standing by a window in a dimly lit room, listening to music from a wooden phonograph.

The man's reflection in the window adds extra depth
