The simple recognition of present being is the only, true validation.
Unfortunately or not, we suffer only 10% of the actual reality of life (from this moment as it is right now).

The rest is imaginations, followed by interpretations, judgements and condemnations: thoughts.

Behind the curtain of thoughts lies a reality that is effortlessly, undistorted, and perfectly enough just as it is

This reality is exactly the same reality you are experiencing right now, only without judgments

Thoughts of judgement are realized as less accurate than this actual, present moment

Are you close to the feelings or close to thoughts?

Does it come from the heart or from the apparatus that calculates perceptions?

One is an easy, natural expression of no choice, the other has an infinite number of possible expressions to choose from, which is stressful

One reveals actual interests, the other reveals imagined interests

The idea of "have to" comes from the mind—is a construct of thought.

If you are seeking appreciation from yourself, then you must not look to the future.

You are not now what you will be later (in the future), and you will never be able to be that, because you are definitely now, aren’t you?

So if you want appreciation, you are invited to appreciate this moment.

It’s impossible to become existentially 'enough' or to get into the 'right' state of mind

You might become enough for a certain job or for some person’s interests, but you cannot become what you already are

The mind will forever create new needs on the basis of what it believes to be the case

Emotions are by nature unstable. Otherwise we couldn’t recognize any change.

Trying to stabilize emotions is suffering. Imagining to be responsible for them is suffering too.

But you are not that. You are the stability behind their movements. You are the riverbed in which they flow.
