The mind does not see what it does not want to see. It just sees what it wants to see
It is blind to the beauty of reality
Only You, my love, are seeing clearly
It is blind to the beauty of reality
Only You, my love, are seeing clearly

Every rumination contains a silent "yes" to the past and a hidden "no" to the present.
We imagine that we ‘cannot’ just accept what has happened –it is too painful to feel, we think– and so we fall into a ‘figure it out mode’. Forever, of course.
The feelings are still here, waiting to be felt.

Still afraid about the memory. Still afraid about the memory. Still afraid about the memory.
Even though the reality of this moment has long moved on.

The thing is, we don't actually want to run away from the actual, present experience. We don't want to close our inner eyes.
We just don't recognize this on the visceral, intuitive level.
Somewhere in the past, we got the impression that we have to ignore our feelings, which is simply not true.
We just don't recognize this on the visceral, intuitive level.

When you hate yourself, you simply hate this moment: you despise the present experience as it is: the visceral, felt experience in the body
But you can stop it! You can stop the aversion!
You can become friends again. You can become peaceful again, in the good times as in the bad.
But you can stop it! You can stop the aversion!
You can become friends again. You can become peaceful again, in the good times as in the bad.

There’s an endless stream of thoughts, but suddenly, there it is.
Reality, crystal clear.
Reality, crystal clear.

Thoughts. Thoughts. Thoughts.
Suddenly, the present experience, as it is.

What is a thought anyway?

What more than this moment should there be?
I clearly AM.

You cannot fall deeper than the present-moment experience.
It’s the ground of all being.
It’s the ground of all being.

Why so much thinking?
Why not simply enjoying what is here?

The presence of any uncomfortable sensation, without any additional tear about them.
Just the clear, present experience as it is.

Can you accept that everything that ever was has already passed and that the future is coming?
Can you accept that the only moment you can consciously experience is this present one?

Allow emotions to be.

Allow emotions to be.
We find ourselves in a never-ending race to prevent every conceivable form of rejection.
Either we constantly try not to upset others, to please them, or to gain enough power over them.
In our tireless efforts to understand and control every situation, we completely forget to love ourselves.

In our tireless efforts to understand and control every situation, we completely forget to love ourselves.

Repressed emotions. Endless effort.
But suddenly, he/she forgot to repress.
He/she just forgot!
All of a sudden, Liberation. Peace.

In 90% of all limitations, it is not Reality that is speaking to us, but our Mind (in thoughts).
See that. Test it.
Experience how you feel fear without any real reason (without any threat). Experience how you limit yourself without any proof (without having even tried).
See that. Test it.
