Here's a nuthatch trying to widen the opening to a nest box.
Note how it is gripping the flat of the box and using its wings to give extra forward thrust. Sounded a bit like a woodpecker but slower.

Decent point away to the leaders. Concerned about Bradley. Frimpong excellent. Wirtz seemed to be enjoying himself. Concern also that Slot didn't apparently think anyone from the bench was worthy of a tactical substitution.

Even though I was only a kid at the time, I knew a bit about what went on at Preston Dock, especially the banana boats, but wasn't aware that there was a car ferry from Preston to Northern Ireland.
