There’s no income cap, it helps the rich the most, and ~1/10 workers in those plans pays no premium.
But when the ACA subsidies help the middle class and provide some zero-subsidy plans? GOP can’t accept that.

if democrats should steal anything from the trump playbook its the constant use of media availabilities. trump wastes his by ranting about bullshit but its very useful to have cameras on for wh meetings, "special announcements" etc. steal the enemy's playbook and beat him with it.

It's not credible the US would fight a nuclear war over Europe if they aren't willing to contribute conventionally.
