New Zealand kills twice as many workers as Australia and four times as many as the U.K. per capita. Despite the introduction of WorkSafe in 2013, we’re seeing issues with weak enforcement, inadequate fines, and a Workplace Relations and Safety Minister hellbent on taking us backwards.

This needs more attention: Zohran SPLIT the straights with Cuomo. ALL of his margin was from LGBTQ+ voters. Every Dem who ever said “we should abandon the transes” needs this shoved down their fucking throat with a ramrod.
Photo of NBC’s exit poll data (from my work laptop, lol) showing Mamdani splitting the straight vote equally with Cuomo, but taking the LGBTQ+ vote by more than 5:1. Even though the LGBTQ+ slice is only 14% of the population, they were a LANDSLIDE in his favor.

I'll vote for whoever sets a target to get youth unemployment back below 10% in one year. I can't do ten years of centrist, round the next corner drivel. Waiting for businesses to get desperate enough to give young, disengaged or disabled people a job is fkng stupid. There is loads that needs doing.

Turns out Wellingtonians came out in force on Saturday, single biggest day of voting. 48% participation which is the best result since at least 2016.
