This. Is. IMMORAL. it is *GASLIGHTING.* And far worse than garden-variety gaslighting, as the victim has much- reduced chances of ever *catching* you at it. It’s not about *them* feeling any better. It’s about YOU feeling better. Anyone who would do this to a relative has abandoned their humanity. 😡

We don't give them calculators when we're teaching arithmetic, after all, and we still teach it despite it being something technology can do for us!
Call me old fashioned or just plain old but I do think students need to learn to read, write, edit, and think without gAI BEFORE they ever use the technology.
It’s incredibly disheartening to see unions working with tech companies, too, that makes anything you say suspect to me.
