Thinking about online patient feedback...

In some orgs it's data: log, count, report.
In some it's cases: listen, resolve, close.

My anger at having to stand outside my kid’s school for two hours to ensure none of their classmates, parents, or teachers get kidnapped by my own government is only slightly tempered by the amazing outpouring of support from other parents and especially neighbors who stand against this bullshit.

The government is saying that violence rules. That snatching foreign leaders and territories, and shooting US citizens in their cars at point blank range, is justified. That resistance is not only futile, it is dangerous. They can say these things. But they cannot force us to believe them.

Trump told the oil companies about his illegal attack on Venezuela - most of them his major donors - but didn’t inform Congress.
Reporter: Did you speak with the oil companies before the operation? Did you tip them off?

Trump: Before and after. They want to go in and they’re going to do a great job.

I have lost count of the number of times I have been given this government line in response to SO MANY @politicshome.bsky.social stories about X

If the platform was going to "act appropriately", it would have done so by now
Keir Starmer's spokesman asked if Government will still use X now it posts indecent images of children, replies "we always keep communication channels under review to reach public in most appropriate way possible”

"Operators are under obligation to act appropriately. We always hope they would do"

Wind generated nearly 30% of the UK's electricity last year, with over 6% coming from solar panels. This a great step in the right direction, but we need the government to go further and move faster to ensure we can scale up and meet the UK's clean power targets. ✊

Every time you think you have an understanding of the depth of Trump's pathos, you find out you're wrong--and it goes deeper.
WH sources say Venezuela's opposition leader committed the "ultimate sin": She accepted the Nobel Peace prize.

“If she had turned it down and said, ‘I can’t accept it because it’s Donald Trump’s,’ she’d be the president of Venezuela today,” one said.

120,000 died in fuel poverty, couldn't afford adequate heating.

Ethnic minorities, pensioners, single working age adults more likely to die in poverty.

It is a strictly one-way street since he never calls Zelinskyy, EU leaders, or anyone else before talking with Putin.

Clearly, Putin's approval matters to him.
