The photos the councils had access to apparently didn’t provide exact evidence of him committing an offence

Though Mandelson did previously apologise for the incident and said he was "bursting" after having been stood up by two Uber drivers

Unfortunately even children with their mothers here with them are struggling to retain their Ukrainian language skills. A lot of parents have spoken only English to their younger kids to try to properly integrate here, and it takes a lot of time and effort to maintain an education in both languages
