Also, people are still being killed in Gaza in cold blood basically every day. Just don’t want to loose sight of that.

Also also, the US government withdrew food aid from Somalia yesterday. Thousands will die.

The sheer number of videos of the shooting is horrific, but in the vein of what @prisonculture.bsky.social has been saying, it proves how many people cared enough to show up where ICE was and record them. It wasn't just one or two legal observers, and when Good was shot, they didn't abandon her.

Shout of to the woman who filmed the circulating footage of the Minnesota ICE shooting, that was genuinely dangerous and she did an incredible job of recording of an extremely dark day in American history. There were many brave people there, but that particular footage has made any spin impossible.

The respectability policing that goes on after cops or federal agents (who are also cops, y'all) kill someone is always unbearable. Dissecting the actions of the victim, putting them on trial when they cannot defend themselves, declaring they should have done this or that. Did they deserve to die?!

Exactly right. Comparisons to Nazi germany would be frankly lazy and insulting at this point. It is time for Americans to start owning this violence. This is not like something that happens in Russia, or Fascist Italy, or Nazi Germany. This is like something that happens almost every day in America.
We don’t need to compare what happened in Minneapolis to Nazi Germany. We can compare it to what has happened in Minneapolis before.

Disinformation Floods Social Media After Nicolás Maduro's Capture

It should also be noted that the link between what is/will happen in Venezuela now is directly tied to the Palestinian Genocide. The world proved to Trump and other bullies that it won’t do anything to help, it won’t actually to stop war crimes, and it won’t even provide meaningful humanitarian aid

The propaganda machine around this assault on Venezuela is insane. It kicked up so fast, acting as if America just arrested a drug dealer holed up in Miami as opposed to what really happened: the unprovoked, illegal invasion of a sovereign nation and the extrajudicial capture of its leader.
