Republicans play bad cop and that’s why I side with abolitionists.

Closed primaries and similar nomination processes are another way that the duopoly coercively maintains its chokehold on us.
Hey, a lot of people are talking about changing affiliation from Democratic to Independent.

Let me tell you why you shouldn’t do that in Colorado.

One of the main ways to get a primary challenge candidate on a ballot is to caucus for your party. You need to be registered as a Dem to caucus.

I still remember my anthropology professor’s favorite joke from college:
“What did Watson and Crick discover?”
“Rosalind Franklin’s notes.”

Man really do wake up in the morning and then leave the house to go harass women. Knowing that some of us are out here angry, powerlifting, maybe even packing. Wow.

There were people who experienced serious and devastating repercussions as a result of #metoo. Those people are the survivors who were encouraged to disclose harm to the public and led to believe that they would be protected. Instead, many of us were punished, discarded and shunned.
When people talk about the excesses of MeToo, they have to lie, because the reality is that there was no massive social reckoning forcing people to believe survivors or hold perpetrators accountable. In fact, there has been a significant backsliding and new punishments in rejection of MeToo

What’s even scarier is that there are actual officers who carry out robberies, kidnappings and assaults across the United States…
This really hasn’t gotten enough attention this week.

Listen. I’m so thrilled that one of the very, very few #MeToo perpetrators to face any accountability didn’t weasel his way back into political power.
I'm happy that Mamdani won. But I won't let that get in the way of my celebrating Cuomo losing.

Also it was racism
The entire pundit class has convinced people for so long that their “analysis” was somehow necessary and valuable when in reality it was just a con game to manufacture consent for bias-confirming “strategies” that only benefited the capitalist class and guaranteed pundits career security.

Straight up ?

Bad boundaries, religious trauma, and generational issues

They desire control in all aspects.

So they want public control of the “other” AND interpersonal relationships where the object has the least power possible
What is it with the violent homophobes and sexual misconduct.

the extrajudicial boat murders have become so prevalent they meet the official definition of serial killing

In colonial New Spain, those Franciscan mf’ers enslaved Indigenous people and forced them to make wine that they weren’t allowed to taste.
Saw a TikTok video of two Franciscan friars who hit up the bars on Halloween dressed as friars and overwhelmingly the comments are asking if friars can drink alcohol, and oh the young ones have lost the ancient texts.

The greatest threat to the Indigenous nations resisting the Mexican state is no longer Spain.

The Mexican government is what threatens our Indigenous nations with genocide.

This shit is so disingenuous.
