Can someone explain to Three News / Stuff the difference between percent and percentage points?
A shift from 13 to 15 is not 2%. It's two percentage points - and actually 15%!

Just got a notice from my daughter's school - there was a student with measles at school for half a day a couple of weeks ago. Oh yay.
My daughter is fully vaccinated and isn't a close contact. But even so.
