Back from a week in Canada visiting my in-laws.
Normally we get together in the Poconos, as it’s central for all of the families, but the in-laws aren’t comfortable coming here under Trump’s new rules so we moved it all north of the border.
That’s probably $8k that would’ve gone to Pennsylvania.

I gave my "feedback". Politely said that HUD is a gov't agency meant to serve ALL Americans and that republicans control all three branches of government and are responsible for for the shutdown. and Trump has said (long ago) that the President has to bring everyone together to keep gov't open
Go to hud.gov and use the website feedback button to tell them the website is for all Americans and to take down this partisan propaganda.

I don't know what this means, but I'm the one who wrote a fully updated, 624-page hurricane response plan at FEMA that took over 2 years of work and careful coordination among state and federal agencies. He could start by studying that.
