I don't know why the idea of developing concept art with AI is somehow meant to convince us that AI isn't replacing creative professions, when concept art is one of the single most creative and imaginative parts of the entire development process.

I cannot say it enough. Paging through the Guild Wars artist's galleries and the artbooks of GW2 played a major part of what led me to where I am.
I'm in Narrative, sure, but to me, storytelling and art has always gone hand-in-hand. I was/is still floored by the concept art coming out of ArenaNet.
