How has there been no law enforcement or legal recourse around the continued abuses of Musk’s earth poisoning women & children harassment project? It’s so systemic, institutionalized that billionaires get away with it. Anyone who uses X is morally culpable.

I have been saying this for almost a year and it is long past due for Dems to adopt this framing for 2 reasons:

1) it is entirely and demonstrably true.

2) the public must be prepared for the enormity of what will be required to dismantle the criminal organization and create a better democracy.

James Speyer, writing in The New York Daily News, says: It is time to acknowledge what has become tragically obvious: the Trump administration is essentially acting as a massive criminal enterprise. It lies, steals, extorts and murders — all while cloaked in the awesome authority of the state. It is on a crime spree that puts Al Capone to shame.

DC Statehood yesterday
Today President Trump signed the resolution approved by Congress that repeals a D.C. bill that decoupled the local tax code from some provisions of the federal tax code.

It's only the fifth time in the last 50 years that a D.C. bill has been repealed by Congress.

The president is burning up the American middle class with the largest tax increase since the early 1990s, which itself is snowballing the price of everything from coffee to clothes to carpets to car parts.

Yet this isn’t a major, ongoing, attention-grabbing story.

This is all due to the incredible resistance of the people of Minnesota.

Their resilience - and their determination - helped enforce the Constitution in a way that political elites in Congress and the courts did not or could not.

I have never been prouder to be a Minnesotan.
