Let me tell you a tale of how completely the normies have been mobilized. My 14 year-old niece has done School of Rock for the past 5 years; last summer she was part of their touring band, and the kids loved playing together so much that they decided to keep doing it. (1/?)

In terms of what cures are being lost:

- Epstein-Barr virus is perhaps the major trigger for multiple sclerosis
- herpes simplex virus causes cold sores, genital herpes, infections in babies, deadly meningitis
- shingles virus causes an intensely painful disease

I'm still so angry about this I'm going to spend time this weekend emailing every elected official I've got. Plus Cassidy just for fun.
If Moderna is no longer bringing vaccine trials for Epstein-Barr virus (good evidence that EB causes Multiple Sclerosis), herpes, and shingles because of Trump appointees, I want prison time for those appointees.

This might be dooming millions to disease they don’t have to experience.

Palantir billionaires are spending heavily to get this guy into office.

The race for California governor is about to become a major flashpoint for tech fascism.

I believe that there are characteristics of structural change and AI, as yet, does not have them.

I also believe that refusal opens up smart people to conceive of what *is* happening and not what capital *wants* to happen.

“Washington made a choice. A choice to let the laws turn to rust.”

Here’s former Assistant AG for the U.S. Antitrust Division Jonathan Kanter on how Trump’s admin is failing to enforce the antitrust laws on the books. And how we can actually lower costs for Americans.

Kristi Noem and tom Homan aren’t tired, they’re having the times of their fucking lives right now. I dunno about you, but as long as that’s the case, I have not earned the right to be tired yet.

And in the aforementioned list I always slip in…

FFS. Call your senators!
The House will be structuring the SAVE Act as an amendment to a Senate bill, so that the Senate doesn’t have to deal with a debatable motion to proceed.

But you can filibuster a motion to proceed even if it’s nondebatable, such that it becomes necessary to use cloture:

Swear to god, ICE could just announce they're leaving a city but not leave and the media will just stop covering that city completely even though ICE never left.

It's what ICE and the media did with LA and they're doing it with Minneapolis too

Guess who is once again displaying their ability to hyperfocus on being a hater?

It's me, I spent all evening writing my own compilation of all the reasons I think AI sucks so I can post it under genAI-made FB posts.

Work-in-progress, suggestions welcome!

This thread is the explanation for why the needle never moved on gun control after Sandy Hook.
The Right has spent years trying to push a return to child labor and attacking age of consent laws. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they’re exposing us to mountains of the most horrendous stuff imaginable while also normalizing it.

So much of what’s happening is the destruction of childhood.

No installed tech is ever really gone even when it's decommissioned. The only way was to refuse to install it to begin with.

In Fantasyland, you could pull the backup tapes from 1/19/25 and install them across everything but the 1st person that says "oh, but we should keep this one new thing"..
So while there may be rollbacks, I feel it is unlikely to ever go back to pre-2025, because having covered fed IT and cyber issues for a decade, I know that interoperability is a huge issue. Even where connecting data would be legal/benign, it was a technical challenge that has now been solved.
There will need to be a MoonShot-equivalent governmental commitment to the erasure of these illegal databases, the re-protection of personally identifiable data, an evaluation of every govt IT system touched by DOGE, GrokxAI and Palantir, and the prosecution of the offeding companies and their CEOs.

This isn't a win. It's a systematic way to catalog protesters and legal observers into the Palantir database.

It's not even tinfoil hat category to claim this any longer.

We're being targeted and added to watch lists.
This should have been the case long before they killed two Americans.

Border patrol agents should never have been sent in masks and camo to wreak havoc and aimlessly run around a state 1,500 miles from the Southern border.

Not sure where he got it, but in grad school one of my teachers taught me that.

This (long) thread is about the key distinctions I rely on as a critic. There's a Twitter version from 2021. This one builds on that one.

I will post them one at a time. Ready?

The Epstein 4chan /pol connection is breaking my brain. Couple that with claims that Ghislaine Maxwell was a power mod on reddit and it just seems like the entirety of the 2010s internet culture was influenced by Epstein and his associates.
