First run in *months* this morning. Haughmond Hill parkrun. Very pretty, but I'm not sure my body (and my left knee in particular) was happy with being out in -1 degree temperatures.
43:21 is also my slowest parkrun by a comfortable margin.
Need to get back on it in the new year.
