The Immigrant Task Force at my church, most of them trained as ICE observers and active in supporting at least two Immigrant rights groups in the area are all like 50-70 year old white ladies and I guarantee you this week's shooting means there will be even more of them next week.
A thing I noticed reporting in Minneapolis today: if DHS was under the impression the events of this week would discourage ICE observers from continuing their work, that, uh, doesn't appear to be happening.

they didn’t leak it to make the shooter look innocent, but to make the victim look guilty. not guilty of a crime. guilty of having a visibly queer wife. guilty of liberalism. guilty of opposing the regime. they don’t seek to exonerate themselves, only to demonstrate who deserves to die.
In the video that the shooter took, which I believe was leaked to be exculpatory, he appears to yell “fucking bitch” after he shoots Renee Good.

have overheard something similar in the smoking area at the industrial plant where i work today, also noticed the trump hat guy stopped wearing his trump hat this week
