As a tuba player who ‘got’ to play the marching band arrangement of this somehow like 11 times between high school and college: I hate this bass line so much.
My favorite pieces of “Thriller” trivia:
1. The guy just played that bass line the whole song, no looping
2. The frog bass sound comes from a keyboard with a Frog Button

I gotta say, as someone who (mostly) likes to be busy:
I wish it was more normal for people to be working at about 60% of their capacity. With that extra 40% for time and energy for the unexpected, for support for their coworkers, for delight and growth…
