I wanna see all sorts of comparisons. How popular is gravy film vs the president? How popular is dental work?
Canada is far more popular in the United States, than Donald Trump is. Now we know why he’s mad 😂

Well, what can I say? We’re the hottest country in the world 😏😅🤣

What else is new? Got asked if I wanted to do a thing at a thing with some friends in the summer which requires buy-in from another friend. My feeling is that the person tasked with asking that friend is going to be met with the same brick wall I got asking about something requiring less effort.

That's cool history but the most important thing to happen in that room was The Primrods reunion.
Wow, Calgary! Nearly 300 packed the iconic Legion #1 last night.

94 years ago in this very room, AB/prairie farmers, faith leaders, and workers founded the CCF, predecessor of the NDP.

Today we're going back to our roots as a movement of movements.

Bessent is going to work so hard for Alberta separation and then learn a very hard lesson about Canadian history and whose land is whose.

I wonder if Carney’s Davos speech leads to more floor crossers. I also wonder if part of the point of it wasn’t to remind the rest of NATO that we exist and that we didn’t exactly see the same kind of full-throated defence from the alliance when we were being called the 51st states for a few months.

The VP is telling you to quit your job to screw and reproduce and another guy is telling you it’s OK if you choose to kill your kids.
Breaking News: Rejecting decades of science, the chair of the federal panel that recommends vaccines for Americans said that shots against polio and measles — and perhaps all diseases — should be optional. The vaccines are credited with preventing disability and millions of deaths worldwide.
Vaccine Panel Chair Says Polio and Other Shots Should Be Optional, Rejecting Decades of Science
Dr. Kirk Milhoan, a pediatric cardiologist who leads the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, said a person’s right to refuse a vaccine outweighed concerns about illness or death from infectious diseases.

What I want is every American tech company regulated and/or taxed out of Canada and Europe. I want to take a year to let American goods gather dust on foreign shelves. If American money is invested in Canadian business, I want a hand so deep in those pockets that we remove everything but dust.

Friends, you have to expand your protests beyond ICE. You gotta chase these fucking weirdos into a cave and seal it off.
Vance: "I want to address an elephant in the room, a fear some of you have that not enough progress has been made, that not enough has happened in the political arena, that we're not going fast enough. That our politics have failed to answer the clarion call to life. I want you to know I hear you"

(jokes aside, Minnesota should absolutely start a separatist movement)

This is interesting. Seems to be: Albertans are free to live in whatever country that they want, but the land they live on now they get to live on only b/c the indigenous peoples have a treaty with the country they are trying to leave. Without being subject to that treaty, no right to live there.
"'...[A]nybody who wants to separate — the premier included — they can gladly go live in any other country that they wish around the world, but they will not be taking any treaty or inherent lands away with them,' said Assembly of First Nations National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak."

Premier Danielle Smith has said it would be up to Albertans, not her government, to put the separation question on a ballot.

I'd take the trade. We just gotta switch the names of the malls and I guess you gotta rename Bloomington to Edmonton 2.
[Bill Simmons voice]: Alberta for Minnesota, who says no?
Bessent pushes Albertan independence from Canada: "Albertans are very independent people. There's a rumor they may have a referendum on whether they want to stay in Canada or not. People are talking. People want sovereignty. They want what the US has got."

Yesterday, my eldest dropped a Herbie Hancock Watermelon Man reference. She's switched up her difficulty mode. If she starts talking about Albert Ayler, I'm going to get very confused.

I mean, that Posobiec thinks Alberta separatism is a “rumor” shows how little he knows/cares about even his continental neighbours but Bessent talking about Europe being reliant on China? I stay up to date on U.S pedal/amp builders and let me tell you how reliant they are on China.

For decades, the United States has done as much as it can to protect itself from Socialism in any form through covert operations in South America and I guess they decided that that wasn't enough and now they want majority white liberalism in Europe.
Vance to Newsmax: “People think that Trump, or that I, or that Rubio, hate Europe or have some problem with Europe. We don’t. We love Europe.

“Why do we want Europe to control its borders? Because we love European civilization. We want it to preserve itself.

One cool thing about Poilievre not being on here is it’s like he doesn’t exist. I know he put out some kind of statement but I’ve not read it. I heard two lines from it but I don’t know where it is. Twitter maybe?

I get a camera shoved up my ass every few years. I recently had 2 root canals and I'm in the process of having those crowned. I get constipated pretty regularly. Last blood test, the doctor said I had a lot of iron in my liver. Said it's likely nothing. I had high cholesterol but I brought it down.

Two in a row that were/are maybe experiencing some significant health issues. You should try a law that makes their health records public. "But privacy!" you say? Meh. You want to run a country, expect a little less privacy.
Reporter: We saw the bruising on your hand. Are you okay?

Trump: I’m very good. I clipped it on the table.
