The head of the Pakistani ISI got one of these too circa 2005. Seems like a handout given to CIA assets or as I've heard it phrased "liaison plus."
Between 2000-2004, four vicious #yakuza got liver transplants at UCLA. Tadamasa Goto, the most famous, died on the 8th. Why was he given a life extension at all? We name all 4 yakuza and have a copy of the internal report done by UCLA in 2008.

Long story short, DOD/CIA can't kill the CFT because it is congressionally mandated so they are burying it in bureaucracy to make it go away. This weekend we'll have an extensive interview about this on @theteamhouse.bsky.social with @mpolymer1.bsky.social and "Adam" AKA Patient Zero.
