Figured I’d hop on here today for the 15th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act.

Shutting down a bunch of federal agencies only makes sense if the plan is to retain power indefinitely. I’d like to see reporters ask prominent Republicans if they think Democrats will just rebuild these agencies in four years. I believe some of the answers would be revealing.

Today’s timeline cleanse is our resident gaucho, don Daniel, and Ron, our border collie, rounding up the llamas & alpacas after a long day. Tara, our Great Pyrenees, looks on. A fun detail: Gilbert, a white alpaca, gets spun around. Ron nips his heal to set him straight. Border collies are amazing!

The most pernicious thing MAGA has done is to strangle to death the concept of truth, facts, and a shared reality. How can you have a democracy or run a judiciary system when corroborated statements from multiple sources have the same weight as a pathological lair's blanket denial? We're cooked.
