Researching an issue that judges sometimes get wrong. Looking at a decision where a judge is explaining the law citing to statute and still gets the law wrong because he is citing to an old version of the statute and never look to see if the legislature changed it.

I honestly expected the conservative movement to go all 14A wasn't properly ratified and was surprised by the post modern turn of we can reinterpret all words to mean what we want them to mean.
Shouldn't have been surprised based on what happened with the 2A (not talking about Charles).

I feel like my philosophy of the mind professor would either be incredibly proud or incredibly disappointed that 20 years later this is how I answer this question.

I think this is the fundamental problem of the internet. We all like to play a little crazy once in a while and thats fine. The internet makes it possible to form large communities around the things we like to play a little crazy about... and we immerse ourselves in it and reinforce each other's
