The "factual background" begins with something irrelevant and erroneous. Dallas is not in Oregon, and the Dallas shooting wasn't connected to any ICE protest.
If that's enough for the President to federalize a different state's National Guard and deploy them elsewhere, then the power is limitless.

The evidence is plain as day. The only question is who they are going to wrap up in this effort. Look for folks like Gates, Soros, Pelosi, leadership at ACT Blue to get it first. It will quickly move from there. The reality is right now they don’t actually know who they’re after, that won’t last.
