I think there is an inability among a lot of people to distinguish in the moment between a *leader* who is authoritarian and a *state* that is

If I were a Dem politician right now, I would go out of my way to hire Sarah Longwell, Rick Wilson and Tom Nichols. We can learn from these folks, get insight into GOP thinking and they’re just out there, ready to help us all get out from under Trumpism. Country over party folks!

After seeing many of the responses to Tom Nichols post about someone else's list of words Dems should stop using, I am really looking forward to the mime-based revolution progressives are planning for 2026.
