Finally caught up on the AWS incident, I remember testing empty files. Both Cloudflare and AWS were caused by empty files (and other bad decisions for MSFT and Cloudflare).
I say this because the tech industry moved away from professional testers about 10 years and I think quality has suffered

Especially with the evidence released today, Trump won't pardon Maxwell, if she were pardoned, she would lose her 5th amendment rights regarding Epstein's crimes and could be compelled to testify against Trump

I wondered about jury nullification previously, I guess I was wrong. But it's still good that the system is fighting back.
I'm glad the rule of law is still working, even if it's struggling with the speed the executive branch acts at and being sabotaged by SCoTUS

Sandwich verdict wasn’t jury nullification. It was failure to prove the required “reasonable fear of physical injury” in a case where the agent was wearing A BULLETPROOF VEST. The only crime was the waste of resources on this case. My thoughts in @MSNBCDaily.
