Every year, the community builds it. Most years, it is burned down by someone, but not as part of a cool ceremony. More like semi-sanctioned arson.

Farage tried to excuse his past racist remarks by referencing the BBC's past output.
But the BBC now broadcasts some old shows with prominent warnings, and others it won't rebroadcast at all. So it is VERY clear that they understand that attitudes back then are unacceptable to modern sensibilities.
