I laughed so fucking hard at this.

Even Brody King laughed at this line from MJF

"Never in my life have I met a Liberal man that looks more like a Nazi."

The way I screamed in delight. A friend of mine is always saying, "Now kiss" whenever the wrestlers get in close like this. She was delighted to get her wish.

My personal favorite moment of the night.

Toni Storm: “I'm going to need you to get out of here!”

Marina Shafir: “Do you need some more milk or would you like me to get your girlfriend some more flowers?”

Toni Storm: “I need you to piss off! Because when me and Citrus boy meet you, you’re going to be in some deep shit!”

So apparently one of those shittubers who talk over unrelated video game footage copied my FATAL videos. Which is really weird because like, he literally copied the character I made, but then made his own, much shittier, graphics. Like, how fucking devoid of original thought can you be?

I will support the impeachment of Kristi Noem. She has been a complete and destructive failure as DHS Secretary. Our nation demands that our justice system is carried out transparently and in accordance with the constitution. [1/2]

The shootings in Minneapolis and Portland are further proof the Trump administration and its federal agents are out of control.

We the people are taking to the streets to say: ICE out of our communities NOW.

Agreed. They've been in a hurry since Day One, throwing everything at the wall in a drunken mix of triumphalism and desperation, knowing the clock is ticking.

It's precisely because they fear the backlash and running out of time. There's no frog-boiling happening here, they went to 11 immediately.
Many are arguing that they wouldn't be acting this way if they thought they were subject to free & fair elections.

Plausible. But another explanation is that they see the writing on the wall--generational backlash--and they're attempting increasingly desparate hail marys

The reason you have congressional hearings is so
stories like this HAVE to get coverage for the normies. There were TEN Benghazi investigations. Give me twenty ICE investigations, with big damn press conferences.
A Minneapolis pastor of an MCC church — a denomination rooted in LGBTQ equality — recounts being detained by ICE.

Says an ICE officer walked up to him as he was chanting “we are not afraid.”

The agent, he says, raised his gun and said “are you afraid now?”

This is why it annoys me when people try to make it seem as if this is how things have always been. There was a time when greater literacy and reading as a part of everyday life for people of every class was a national mission. Then it changed drastically and now we’re here.
Last fall I ended up looking at a lot of Seventeen magazines for a project. Even in the late 90's, there was a section of book recs in every issue. One of them was historical fiction about the life of Van Gogh, doorstop-thick. It hit me then how much of a reading culture we've lost.

So tired of having to explain to people that no, the nobility of France were not shitting all over the stairs in Versailles. They used chamber pots, ffs. The nonsense people are willing to believe about folks in the past never ceases to amaze and annoy me.

I have this little hobby of designing floor plans. This one is 14'x14' (4.27m x 4.27m), for a total of 196 sq ft (18.23 sq m). The idea is to make an apartment complex of such units for homeless people.

Mind you, I am in no position to follow thru with this. It's just a hobby.
