The thing is that with the goddamn Russians you'll never know for sure if this is metaphorical or not. But most likely it is; Ukraine has shown how weak the Russian Army really is. But it doesn't need to be literal tanks. Nor do they need to be literal Russian tanks. Hungarian would suffice.
Even if he never lays a finger on Greenland, it has real consequences to NATO, and if the tanks roll west into Poland you'd better goddamn believe it won't be "boring."
