It doesn't even have to be for this reason (though it should be). It can simply be because this government has shown so much fickleness when it comes to visas that I can't imagine there won't be a situation where we arrest a player/staff for being a person of color or what country they're from.
Not that Fifa will do it, but Federal agents repeatedly killing innocent people in the streets in broad daylight with multiple witnesses and without accountability seems like a justifiable a reason to have World Cup hosting duties taken away.
