his excuse is that he can't do his one job? i really can't imagine anything more disqualifying than "i don't even know what i'm voting for when i vote for it." that's the only reason you exist. this is the most incompetent opposition party in world history.
Seems somewhat odd to me that the best defense a sitting Congressman can give for a horrible vote is that he's illiterate or stupid or both.
