For the last few days I've struggled to articulate a thought I've been having. Turns out, @lilywrites.bsky.social was writing exactly what I wanted to say (with much more eloquence than I can muster). I'm not from here & I've lived many places, but I suddenly can’t imagine ever living anywhere else.
And suddenly back to being exactly how it was before - barely a breeze and maybe even some sun peaking through. Guess Mother Nature is just going through it like the rest of us.
Hard to capture, but the weather just took a real turn over here - very briefly had near whiteout conditions. Be (extra) safe out there.

So this is becoming an actual widespread problem as more people are keeping their kids home and more districts are going optionally distant.
I dunno the solution but its probably going to disproportionately affect women again.

Anyone else have a reactive, high-energy pet who can’t take their regular long walks ATM & responds to every noise? 😭 Hide & seek with treats hidden around a room/in a pile of towels has been helpful. This toy is also a godsend - www.chewy.com/yve-life-aut... But he’s tiring of these games fast 😅
