One of the less defensible opinions I have is which backup quarterbacks are "good." It is based on vibes/nothing, but I saw Jarrett Stidham play well for the Raiders, once, in 2022, so he's on my list. "Ah," I say as I watch him lead a commanding touchdown drive, "classic 'good backup' stuff there."

It's the PTO moms and spreadsheet dads and other random-ass Minnesotans concerned for their neighbors. There is no one central organizing org, just a ton of people who give a shit. It's both beautiful that it's happening and laughable that anyone thinks there's some broader apparatus at work.
