Church of the Scalzi! There are several in Italy, not named after my family but for a religious order (the "Carmelitani Scalzi" or, basically, "Shoeless Carmelites") which maintains those churches. The most famous of these churches is in Venice, next to the Scalzi Bridge over the Grand Canal.
Thought you might enjoy this sign for Chiesa degli Scalzi we just discovered in Urbino, a lovely university town, on a visit there with Italian cousins.
