1) the name, board specialty, and license number of the doctor making the determination the treatment was not medically necessary;

I was at the game wearing Ant’s jersey. I love this team. And I booed loudly.
I disagree with Ant. The Wolves’ play and effort is disrespectful to the fans. They have bursts of effort, but spend most of the games getting outworked. They make stupid mental errors - like the end of the 3rd quarter.
