For several years I believed that LucasArts and other developers had created a secret time-capsule hoard of unreleased video games.

Reminds me of the story of some people who got bombed by the Nazis in WW2, yet somehow none of the bombs went off. Upon inspection of the fallen munitions, they found they were empty with notes left by German factory workers explaining this was all they could do to help.

I regularly see people wondering how it's possible that there are so many musicians and writers and film makers and artists from a tiny nation like Iceland.
And the answer is really simple: State funding for art education and artists. I literally get a salary from the government to write books.

I literally saw a post two weeks back in which a guy with two jobs was flagellating himself because he was short on rent, lamenting that had he donated plasma more, maybe his rent would be on time. We've finally come full circle. People are longing for less chatter dialogue in their games by referencing ocarina, a game that people consistently complained about Navi being too talkative to the point of it being a meme for 20 odd years.
