No, using AI generated stuff as a "placeholder" on your crowdfunding campaign is not OK either.

If the visuals are THAT important to getting your project funded, then you need to pay a person up front for those key visuals and deliver a consistent end product to your backers.

This week is going to be intensely busy for us; we have a thing we’re running this weekend. So, I’m only going to be able to post my sketch, sorry! ☹️💜

WIP, “Moonbathing”. This was inspired by Anton Seder (natch), but it was a crocodile. 😁
A marker, ink, and paint pen drawing WiP of an orange sea dragon with yellow scaled swimming wings, sitting on a rock in the ocean. It is night, and there is a large moon silhouetting the dragon’s head. One forepaw in crossed over the other, and their very long tail is twisted and curled on the rock below them. The dragon has no back legs, only webbed forepaws and swimming wings. Their head is tilted, so that their pupil reflects light like a cat. The sea is dark grey-blue, the sky is deep night blue. No stars yet. Inspiration: Anton Seder crocodile.
