Did it finally become general consensus that Windows 11 is shit?
Windows being terrible is not unprecedented. What IS unprecedented is that this is the first time when only a single version is supported.

You can easily do 80-90% of contemporary gamedev on Linux. It's not perfect, but that 10x less time having to deal with Windows.
Living with Windows has always been a calculus of how useful it is professionally vs. the amount of unbearable shit you gotta disable with a script and I think we reached a tipping point where it’s majority unbearable shit.

Xenoblade Chronicles X was released 10 years ago on the Wii U and was the first game I ever reviewed! And now I'm still playing the Definitive Edition and it's as good as ever.
