This idea has been floating around in various for decades; the problem has always been "so, what do you do if there's a really bad storm?" and no one has come up with a good answer yet that doesn't involve a blimp-sized hanger directly underneath.

중국이 아프리카 외교에 공을 꽤 들였습니다. 실제로 인프라 투자 (=빚) 엄청했고요. 일본 외교가 한국한텐 좀 우습게 여겨지지만 동남아 외교, 서아시아 외교 공 들이고 있는 것도 [맹주] 되고 싶어하는 요구로 생각함.
